You would have to go with 3x00 headers or flanges. 2.8, 3.1 and 3.4 heads are all identical. So headers would be the same.

Again, the difference is nil. We are talking taking more material than sanding or smoothing.

Point is the "porting" and removing more material then just sanding is what makes the difference.
