Default valvetrain question

will aftermarket comp cam valve train made for the 3.4 work on the aluminum heads if i do a 3x00 swap?

I would say no, looking at the heads side by side there are too many differences.

I looked into it and none of the cams that comp make provide enough lift for the new aluminum heads. I would recommend going to wot-tech and getting a custom ground one. They do an amazing job and it's modestly priced, for custom length hardened push rods and a custom ground cam it cost me ~$500. I think I talked to Ben when I dealt with them

I believe he was asking about the valves, seats, rockers, springs etc...
