Port matching and exhaust port matching to the gaskets on one head are done. Now it's the grinding and polishing and one head is done.

Gonna knife edge the vanes in the intake ports. Not touching the chambers at all unless I see casting marks I can clean up.

Here's a couple pics with most of the material removed.

Just gotta pull the valves and finish cleaning and smoothing the ports.

Ordered valve spring shims in .015 and .030. Gonna rig up a scale on my drill press once I get the shims to get the spring rates and go from there.

Holy posts, Batman!

Nice,

I unfortunately have my project hold until I build the addition to the house.... It will include a nice space to work in and can start the Super Charger process in a nice clean shop lol

Good to get some motivation going around lol. I haven't done much else on mine. Maybe I'll work on it some this weekend. Been putting more OT in at the new job for the second week.

Most of the next progress will be slow going as I'm trying to save and get a good buffer going so I have money left after buying little by little.

Got my freeze plug kit in. Going to pull the old water pump off the 2.8 and warranty swap it at AutoZone. Also gonna reorder the valve spring shims cause they sent them back. Thinking about ordering the 4bar map sensor finally, and next check I'm gonna buy the head studs and maybe the main studs as well.

Got some recent motivation going and I want to get this done now, so probably gonna start getting some stuff knocked out sooner rather than later. Job is going well enough that I'm probably gonna go all out on this 3.4.
