hmm those bushings look a little bit worn. my truck has a similar issue. the bushings will wear into or break.


hey what kind of mat do you have under there?

They aren't mats, they're panels. They use them on dirt and sand under forklifts and such.

Well I finished the doors today. Passenger side was faster, but only cause I just did the drivers side lol.

Couple tricks here and there, like cutting the head off the pin and cutting it with a 8mm 1.25 die. Stack 4 washers, put a nut on it and tighten. Pulls the pin right out no joke.

A draft punch to tighten up if needed on the roller pin itself. My drivers side needed it. All nice and tight now.

Man I don't think the doors were ever this smooth.

I guess I didn't take any more pics of the passenger side lol.

Found why my car is pulling to the right though. Huge bubble in the tire.

But I did have a few pics of cutting the threads on the pin to pull it out.

In the last pic you can see where I used the punch to tighten where the pin sits in the hinge.
