It is, As far as tuning, you need injectors and all kinds of other crap. Im going a different route.

It's going to suck really bad for you if you try to keep the auto trans as well. Seems your best bet would be to keep your block and just swap the 3400 top end on with some different pushrods and the 3400 pistons. That way you don't run into the issue of having the 3500 intake not fitting under the cowl and you can get away with running the factory pcm.

Looks good, what will you be doing about the high compression as well pushrod length and so on?

I'm going to use the pistons from the 3400
I seen a post somewhere that if you use the 3400 pistons with 3500 heads depending on head gasket thickness you can get 9 to 10:1 cr
