I'd wait for the nitrous until you have the engine up and running and have the tune right. One thing at a time here.

Should be here sometime next week
Can't wait to tear it apart!


Any suggestions on what to pull a 3400 from?

And the Venture was built pretty strong too, so it could handle the weight of the van, and a full load.

Question

Any updates on this?

I hope to do this swap someday into my 1994. I plan on using a TCI or Painless or one of the few other companies controllers just to control the transmission. Made to work with a newer transmission in an older car, so I do not see why they would not work in a newer car to control the transmission if you have a computer made to just control the engine.
