Is rather put it in my windshield and be done with it and spend that 115 dollars towards something else

I bet you can get away with it in the windshield in the country n small towns in IL but by larger cities like Chicago where they got those Meter peeps I hear they ticket writing machines lol.

I live in STL definitely not a small town lol right next to IL I've drove downtown and all through St. Louis and nothing
