Thumbs up Awesome Section!!!

Thanks for adding this section. It is nice to have a list of what is all needed and instructions on what is needed (along with pictures) to be done and what needs to be modified. Also nice to learn of companies I had never heard of before, that make this upgrade easier to accomplish. Makes me feel a lot more confident that I could do this. I have seen a couple other threads about it but they left a bunch of questions, at least for me. I look forward to more updates from you on this.

Yeah tighten up with the updates! Very interested. Sat I will start on my build!
All parts will be from our salvage yard except cam, lifters. Need more knowledge!!!
So far I have 01 venture 3400 heads,intakes, tb,rail,injectors, pistons.
Going to try a small turbo from a saab with factory intercooler, 500 series or something.
Its all we got right now.

Base: 3.4 from 95 firebird same as mine.

Very cool build...so just curious here but what ball park power should this have? I only ask because since I have a 3.4 and a 3.8 bird I would like to know which one would be easier to get to the 300 mark.

the 3.8 will probably be the easiest to get to 300 but I think the 3.4 is capable, just depends how deep your pockets are.

Well I would want to go the cheaper route so if the 3.8 gets me there cheaper then I would prefer to stick with that one even though this seems like a really neat looking build so far. I am not saying I have to make 300 but some were close like high 200s would work...in other words I would like to find a build with one of my two cars to were I could keep up with the v8s and the 5th Gen 6.
