Thanks for the support!

Well, the covers are in bad shape. Timing cover has seen better days. It's clean, but it looks like sh!t. The valve covers are a disaster. They are 2 different colors. I've seen that before. All gm V6s I've ever seen have the front facing (left) valve cover pretty and the right one ugly.

But these are bubbling, peeling and stuck on as Hell. It's tough cutting through it with glass bead.
I think I'll try aircraft remover.
I'm considering blasting the timing cover since it will be in the front now. Maybe powder coat it black?
Any tips?

Also I have to fit the intake backwards to its original position....looks like it's gonna be tight - too tight!
And dealing with this water/egr crossover but it looks like it'll fit under the cowl...

Reminds me of the DOHC 3.4 lol. What a pos that was. Great power crappy everything else
